I was "required" to attend dinner for work at Texas de Brazil. This is not the kind of place you go and ask the calories. I took a night off and enjoyed myself. Unlimited meats flowed by. I avoided the buffet table and ate a few potatoes and a couple fried bananas. I feel I did pretty well. I think I have the fitness ball situation under control and should be getting it by Friday.
