I am beginning to maybe shift my night snacks to a piece of cheese and at some point to a piece of fruit to hopefully bring down my night time calorie count. I have always been a late night eater and I know that is the worst time to eat. The only problem I have is when I watch TV at night I get bored and feel a need to eat. I believe it is time to alleviate and take care of that problem. Time to answer some phone calls. Hopefully my fitness ball comes today. *Crosses fingers*
