All that saving and I didn't even really feel hungry today. Good sign I am finally getting a control over my emotional over eating. Mmmm progress is tasting good. I am already making plans for the "Holidays" coming up and plan on taking probably 3 or 4 days off my diet plan to enjoy then select 4. Hope it all works out. My goal is to be able to weigh myself on the scale at home before Christmas. I believe it to be a good short term goal.

I made up a lot of these numbers more or less based on how much I ate. I am not going to try and guess the fat content of these products let alone the fiber since I do not fully understand what went in them. I actually ate a lot of the taco dip and it was probably more than 400 calories. I did do some exercises with my ball today so I feel good about that and will work again the wagon tomorrow.

Day 23 December 12th 2009

I did not really keep track as well as I would have liked to. Therefore I am leaving this day behind me. Basically didn't eat all morning had a sandwich and a couple pot stickers before the celebration of lights. Then it was 2 Italian beef sandwiches 2 potato lopikeys a cup of orange jello, some black olives, some cashews, couple carrots with spinach dip, and desert. So this will be a bad day and I am already on the wagon again with today's count. Even though its Festivus of lights part 2. I will be mindful, I hope!

I love the fact that even when I eat unhealth food I take into account that I have to eat in smaller portions. I have noticed it does not take as much food to fill me up. I also do not eat till I am about to explode. This has been the hardest feeling to get over, as it always has been. I just know that if I can keep up my stride and my watch and keep my head together this will all work out for me in the long run and I can finally start feeling great.
