I think I had a very successful day of not eating too much. I under no circumstances ate what I usually would. So if it all seems like a lot then yea...

Todays results:

Breakfast

Mid Day
16oz water with a peach mix in (from Aldi tastes like drinking a peach)
14oz just water
Patti our receptionist convinced me away from having the Gatorade I wanted.

Dinner
Aldi hot wings 3 servings 170,12,0 per serving
Aldi crab meat (fake) 4 servings 80,0,0 per serving
Margarine 1/2 stick 80,8,0 per 1 tbsp 4 servings
caffeine free diet Pepsi

Evening
1 Tall glass of milk 2 servings 122,4.8,0 per serving
16oz water with peach
hand full of carrots 35,0,0
16oz water with lemonade mix

The grand total of calories, fat and dietary fiber is 2619,118.6,12.
Over all I don't think I did to bad.

Stress Level: Pretty low
Mental Strain: Semi high at work. A couple of calls left me numb overall not so bad.

Evening activities: Wow raided a little Naxx tonight was fun. That was about it. A boring Friday night.
