Pretty good for the day after turkey day. Back on track and feeling good. Should get the exercise ball on Thursday so I will try it out that night and probably be sore for work Friday. I think everything is going well and to be honest I know I didn't eat as much at Thanksgiving as I would have in the past. I only went to the food line once with my dinner plate. The snacks and desserts were another story. Onward to tomorrow.
