Day 5 November 24th 2009

I do not really know how to wrap up my day today. It was pretty average. I ate my usual breakfast and lunch then made some good dinner and yea soon off to bed.

Not to shabby in my book. The only time I felt really hungry was on the way home from work. So all in all a good day.

I did discuss exercise with my boss today who runs in his free time. I think I am going to pick up a 20 dollar fitness ball from Target. Doing a bit of research I found a 75cm ball which will work for my height that has an Anti-Burst rating of 600 lbs, more than enough to support me on it. Makes me happy to find a cheap workout tool that will help me accomplish some goals.

I did take some advice and I did a few push-ups today. I did like 5, then I was done, so I did weak push-ups on my knees. I got through about 15-20 of those. Then some jack knifes and stomach crunches. Hopefully this will all work to my advantage soon. I already feel a little better about myself and really feel like I can move more again.
