Day 17 December 6th 2009

Today was a kinda lazy Sunday. Went and watched the new Robin Williams stand up at a friends house. Today also was a day that I started with Chinese food left overs and ended with Little Caesars pizza. Despite that fact I am still just about at goal.

I love the fact that even when I eat unhealth food I take into account that I have to eat in smaller portions. I have noticed it does not take as much food to fill me up. I also do not eat till I am about to explode. This has been the hardest feeling to get over, as it always has been. I just know that if I can keep up my stride and my watch and keep my head together this will all work out for me in the long run and I can finally start feeling great.

Went to watch my sister bowl today. Had an interesting morning where I got onion rings and they gave me fries instead. I did not eat the fries that I received in error. I was good and stuck with exactly what I wanted.

I am beginning to maybe shift my night snacks to a piece of cheese and at some point to a piece of fruit to hopefully bring down my night time calorie count. I have always been a late night eater and I know that is the worst time to eat. The only problem I have is when I watch TV at night I get bored and feel a need to eat. I believe it is time to alleviate and take care of that problem. Time to answer some phone calls. Hopefully my fitness ball comes today. *Crosses fingers*

After the long tired day yesterday due to the power going out I was too interested in going to bed and forgot to post. So now it is up and no harm no foul. I keep getting on my scale every morning and I feel I am about to be able to weigh myself again which would be nice. I have noticed lately my water is loose on my arm and my pants keep getting bigger. I take this all as a good sign.

I am trying to figure out a decent way to maybe push some calories into the morning and afternoon and avoid the night snacking all together. I will try and figure this out. Until then I am very tired. Time to exercise a little then shower and read and make tomorrow a new day.
